Refund Policy

30-day returns Not completely happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery — hassle-free.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Items that are damaged, worn or altered cannot be accepted.

How to return Email us at info@karsikaya.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless you received a faulty or incorrect item — in that case, we cover everything.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear.

Exchanges Want a different size or colour? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or wrong items Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we will fix it as a priority at no cost to you.
