Welcome to KARSİKAYA. By visiting karsikaya.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our store KARSİKAYA is an online fashion store based in Belgium. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders and payment When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. An order is accepted once it has been confirmed and payment has been received. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or stock, or incomplete information — in that case you will always be refunded.

3. Prices All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to keep all prices and product information accurate, but obvious errors are not binding. We may change prices and promotions at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at info@karsikaya.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Products We do our best to display colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen.

7. Intellectual property All content on this website — including images, texts, logos and designs — is the property of KARSİKAYA and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Liability Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.

10. Applicable law These terms are governed by Belgian law. As an EU consumer, you also retain the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
